These terms apply when you access the Coach Ready Sports website or use a Coach Ready coaching app. By using the services, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple App Store terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Coach Ready is intended for adult coaches, team administrators, and guardians. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your device and sign-in codes, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Free features may be used without a Coach Ready account; team sharing requires an eligible paid plan and an email-based account.
2. Team and player information
You are responsible for having appropriate authority or consent to enter, manage, synchronize, print, export, or share team and player information. Do not enter confidential medical, financial, or other sensitive information that Coach Ready does not request. You retain rights in information you lawfully enter and grant Coach Ready the limited permission needed to process it solely to provide the features you select.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Pro and Elite are optional auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. The price, billing period, and included features are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account before renewal. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and eligible refunds. Deleting the app or a Coach Ready team-sharing account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
4. Coaching, analytics, and AI tools
Drills, practice plans, rotations, analytics, player-development plans, and video feedback are general coaching aids. They do not replace qualified coaching judgment, current league rules, emergency-action plans, or medical advice. Coaches must review and adapt all material for each player’s age, ability, circumstances, and governing organization.
AI tools may produce incomplete or incorrect suggestions. Do not use them to diagnose or treat injuries or to make medical, concussion, rehabilitation, diet, medication, or supplement decisions. Upload video only when you have permission from the player, guardian, team, venue, and any other person whose authorization is required.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; evade plan limits; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material; use another person’s subscription without permission; copy or resell protected Coach Ready content; or use the services to violate another person’s privacy or other rights.
6. Ownership and feedback
Coach Ready retains ownership of the apps, website, branding, original drill content, diagrams, software, and other protected materials. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services while you comply with them. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit Coach Ready to use it without restriction or payment.
7. Service availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or integrations. We work to keep Coach Ready reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, an Apple entitlement expires or is revoked, or action is reasonably needed to protect users or the service.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Coach Ready is not responsible for coaching decisions, injuries, league penalties, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
10. Apple terms, updates, and contact
Use of the iOS apps is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
