How do I restore a purchase?+
Sign in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase, open Profile in Coach Ready, select the subscription area, and choose Restore Purchases.
Can I print my plans and reports?+
Yes. Supported practice plans, lineup cards, attendance reports and coaching reports include a print or share option.
How do I request account or data deletion?+
Email support@coachreadysports.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Delete My Account.” We will verify and process the request.

1. Information we collect
Coach Ready may collect account information such as your name and email address; team and roster information you choose to enter; player names, positions and baseball-related notes; practice, attendance, lineup and game data; subscription status supplied by Apple; support communications; and limited device or diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the app.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide Coach Ready’s features, keep accounts and subscriptions working, save and synchronize coaching data, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose technical problems and improve the app.
3. Sharing and selling
Coach Ready does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support essential functions such as hosting, authentication, subscription verification, diagnostics and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service or legal rights.
4. Youth team information
Coach Ready is designed for adult coaches, team administrators and guardians, not for children to create or manage their own accounts. Adults should enter only information they are authorized to manage and should avoid unnecessary sensitive information about youth players.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. To request account or personal-data deletion, email support@coachreadysports.com from the account email with the subject “Delete My Account.” Some limited records may be retained when legally required.
6. Security and choices
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information, although no electronic system can guarantee absolute security. You may update information in the app, limit what you enter, manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple account, or contact us about access, correction or deletion.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Coach Ready evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a revised date. Privacy questions may be sent to support@coachreadysports.com.

1. Using Coach Ready
Coach Ready provides baseball planning, team organization, game-day and player-development tools. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use the service only for lawful coaching and team-management purposes.
2. Team and player information
You are responsible for having appropriate authority or consent to enter, manage, print, export or share team and player information. Do not upload confidential medical, financial or other information that Coach Ready does not request.
3. Subscriptions
Pro and Elite are optional auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. The price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account before renewal. Apple manages billing, cancellations and eligible refunds. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Coaching and AI tools
Drills, plans, analytics and AI-generated suggestions are general coaching aids. Coaches remain responsible for age-appropriate instruction, player safety, league rules and professional judgment. Review and adapt all generated material before use.
5. Acceptable use and ownership
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or resell protected content, or use Coach Ready to violate another person’s rights. Coach Ready retains ownership of the app, branding and original content, while you retain rights in information you lawfully enter.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep Coach Ready reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and Coach Ready is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Termination, changes and law
We may restrict access when these terms are violated or when needed to protect the service. These terms may be updated as features or legal requirements change. They are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
8. Apple terms and contact
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Questions may be sent to support@coachreadysports.com.
